Your data is stored on hardened, managed cloud infrastructure with network segmentation and geographically-redundant encrypted backups. We do not store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
Access is granted strictly on a need-to-know, role-based basis. Strivonex staff do not have routine access to your business data. Administrative access is logged, monitored and reviewed regularly.
Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using industry-standard one-way algorithms. Sessions are token-based with short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Strivonex never sees, transmits or stores your full card details. Card data is handled entirely within Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant environment.
